Welcome to our online catalogue: If you are new to LFC opening a new account couldn’t be easier. For government funded organisations we offer instant credit. To open a business account please submit the names and addresses of 2 trade references. If credit approval may delay your order we suggest payment by cheque or credit card.

Returns
All stock items are covered by our No-Quibble Guarantee. Simply call 01992 454545 to obtain a returns authorisation note within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery
For orders received before 4.00pm for in-stock items, we will make every endeavour to despatch your goods so that you receive them within 48 hours.
Orders over £120, excluding VAT, are delivered FREE within the UK mainland.
For orders less than £120 standard delivery charges are £5.45
You will only ever pay one delivery charge per order, even if, for any reason your order has to be split.
If you require urgent delivery take advantage of our guaranteed Next Day delivery service available on request at £6.95 per order for packages up to 25kg.
Special Order and non-stocked goods are shown with standard delivery times. However, during March and July to September delivery lead times may extend and we recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
Overseas Delivery
All Overseas consignments will incur delivery charges. We are unable to automatically calculate these for you but as a guide our standard delivery charge for packages up to 30kg is €18. If you require an estimate of delivery charges please contact us by phone on 01992 454545. If you choose to submit your order without an estimate we will add the delivery charge to your invoice.
Returns

To ensure your replacement or refund is processed without delay please ring or e-mail before returning items. Products must be returned with the complete and original packaging. Please refer to our Terms and conditions.
It may not be possible to return certain non-stocked items delivered direct from our suppliers, as these items can only be replaced if they are damaged or faulty. However, where possible we will endeavour to accommodate your needs. Any damages must be notified within 3 days of receiving goods. Please take extra care to check the accuracy of your order for Special Order goods.
